Where is my order?
Please note that we continue to experience shipping delays with Royal Mail and all courier services. Our standard UPS service should be next working day delivery (and in 85% of instances this is currently still the case) however we have been advised that due to driver and staffing shortages there may be delays with some orders.
To track a UPS delivery, visit the UPS tracking page: https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=ST/and insert your unique tracking code from your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Times
Orders for stock items that are received prior to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday are shipped the same day for next working day delivery*.
Orders received after 2.30pm are shipped the next working day.
*UK Mainland only. Please note that whilst our standard shipping normally arrives next business day it can take 1-2 days

Tracking My Order
UPS Shipments | You will receive an email when the shipment has been raised (usually 6pm) which confirms the delivery details, including your tracking number.You can track your order by following the link or via the UPS website (choosing UK as the location) http://www.ups.com. |
Other Couriers | You will receive an email from a member of our sales team by 6pm on the day of shipment, with the courier and tracking details |
Royal Mail - Standard Parcels | Tracking not available |
Royal Mail - Special Delivery | You will receive an email from a member of our sales team by 10am on the day following shipment, with your Royal Mail tracking number |
