Shipping Lead Times & Prices
We ship the majority of our orders via UPS, stock orders placed before our cut off (usually 2:30pm but we are currently extending where we can due to current peak periods) will be shipped that day for next working day delivery. If you need a product urgently, please get in touch with us to confirm that we do hold stock (90% of standard goods are held in our warehouse ready to ship but we do continue to experience some random shortages or large orders wiping out stock so always worth checking).

Shipping amounts for all UPS services other than our Standard Flat Rate shipping are calculated on weight and volume at the checkout.

Please note that we continue to experience shipping delays with Royal Mail and all courier services. Our standard UPS service should be next working day delivery (and in 85% of instances this is currently still the case) however we have been advised that due to driver and staffing shortages there may be delays with some orders.
