Magicard Driver issue following Windows Update

You may be currently unable to print from your Magicard printer due to a recent Microsoft Windows update affecting your plastic card printer.

You can solve the problem by following the steps below:

1. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right click on the printer icon and click Remove.

2. Switch off printer (Unplug the black power cable)

3. Restart your PC

4. Switch on printer (Re-attached the black power cable)

5. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers

6. Right click on the new Magicard printer thumbnail

7. Click Printing Preferences

8. Agree to the End User Licence Agreement window if this appears

9. Right click on the printer icon again and click Printer preferences - Confirm under "Printer Status" it shows "Connected".

10. Test the printer by printing from your usual software
