How Can I Track My Order?

You should have received a tracking number following on from your order being completed. If you haven't, or if for any reason this has not updated then please get in touch for us to investigate this on your behalf, alternatively you can contact UPS yourself for a faster response.

To track a UPS delivery, visit the UPS tracking page: https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=ST/and insert your unique tracking code from your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Times

Orders for stock items that are received prior to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday are shipped the same day for next working day delivery*.

Orders received after 2.30pm are shipped the next working day.

*UK Mainland only.  Please note that whilst our standard shipping normally arrives next business day it can take 1-2 days

Tracking My Order

UPS Shipments

You will receive an email when the shipment has been raised (usually 6pm) which confirms the delivery details, including your tracking number.

You can track your order by following the link or via the UPS website (choosing UK as the location) http://www.ups.com.

Other Couriers You will receive an email from a member of our sales team by 6pm on the day of shipment, with the courier and tracking details
Royal Mail - Standard Parcels Tracking not available
Royal Mail - Special Delivery You will receive an email from a member of our sales team by 10am on the day following shipment, with your Royal Mail tracking number


Delivery Location

Your order will be delivered to your shipping address during courier delivery hours of 9am - 6pm, and will require a signature.
If you require your order delivered to an offsite location for example a hotel or temporary office please let us have as much information as possible about where to get your delivery to you including a contact name and number for the person on site.
If you require delivery to a secure site such as a construction site, hospital, airport or military base then please give us as much information as possible about security procedures for delivery so we can ensure your order can get to you.

Undelivered Orders

Should your order be returned to us due to there being no-one available to accept the delivery then we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping charge at our standard rate.

Part Orders

Should any of the items in your order be unavailable for immediate shipment the items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock, at no additional shipping charge.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived and cannot be tracked then please advise us immediately.  Please note that we are unable to refund or reship a missing order sooner than 10 working days after the original shipping date.  This policy also applies to personalised printed items.

Missing Items

If an item is missing, please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order by emailing your order number and details of the missing items to sales@pricesignprinters.co.uk.
